1.1. Product Returns: We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. However, please note that returns and refunds are not accepted for orders placed anywhere. We do not offer returns or refunds for orders, regardless of the delivery location, whether in person or via a shipping company.

1.2. Return Eligibility for Damaged Chocolates: If you receive chocolates that are melted or damaged during transit when the order is delivered only by a shipping company, we may offer assistance to fix the issue. However, this service is available only for orders delivered within Armenia. If you encounter any issues with the chocolates, please contact our customer support team for further instructions and potential solutions.

1.3. Return Process for Damaged Chocolates: To initiate a return or report damaged chocolates delivered only by a shipping company within Armenia, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. They will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that this service is limited to orders delivered within Armenia.

1.4. Refund Process: Refunds are not applicable for orders placed anywhere, except for cases where we are unable to fulfill the order due to reasons on our end. In such cases, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

1.5. All customized and hand crafted products are not refundable in any condition and terms.

2.1. Product Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you have any issues with the product received, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

3.1. Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to: a) Personalized or custom-made products. b) Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. c) Products without their original packaging or missing accessories.

4.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, excluding chocolates, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue and, if necessary, arrange for the return and replacement of the product at no additional cost to you. Please note that this service is limited to orders delivered within Armenia.
